VISION FOR WORK AMONG 18-30s

 

SHORT TERM AIMS

1. To provide a focal person for people to turn to for spiritual guidance and pastoral care.
2. To have an exciting and challenging weekly meeting for the 18-30s from St John's Folkestone, where we can focus on Bible study, prayer, worship and accountability.
3. To meet regularly for socials to strengthen group dynamics and have fun!
4. To organise activities and events that Christians can invite their non-Christians friends to without ‘cringing'.

LONG TERM AIMS

1. To form a sustainable group of Christians in their 18-30s committed to being disciples of Jesus Christ.
2. To see more 18-30s active in serving the wider church body.
3. To provide support for those in the work place.
4. To create strong relationships with other Anglican churches in Folkestone and Kent that serve 18-30s.
5. To work across denominations and cultures to reach out to as many people as we can.
